2011-2012 Registration Packet

We are looking forward to a fun and successful fall-winter 2011-2012 season.

Registration for returning swimmers will begin August 9^th.

The purpose of the Sailfish Y Swim Team is to develop strong kids who live by the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. We do this through a competitive and non-competitive swim program that offers opportunities for swimmers at all levels- from those who desire to compete at a local level to those who desire to compete at a regional or national level.

**If you register for the winter swim team and pay the first payment by August 31; the fees you see below will be secured. If you make your first payment after August 31^st; the first payment will increase by $50.00. The annual USS fee of $60.00 is now included in the winter swim tuition. **

Once you have completed all the forms in your member packet and established your YMCA membership or renew your membership, you may turn everything into the Front Desk.

Please make your first payment at this time.

Membership must be valid until April 1, 2012.

The Concord YMCA Sailfish Swim Team placed second in Division III at the GSSA State meet (up two places from its fourth place finish in 2010). There were eight teams competing in the meet. CONY had 26 swimmers, and almost all recoded a personal best. The meet was held at the Theodore Raco Pool in Manchester Aug. 5-6. Some of the highlights from the meet were in the 11-12 age group (girls’ medley relay, third place; girls’ freestyle relay, second place), 13-14 age group (boys’ medley relay, first place) and 15-19 age group (girls’ medley relay, second place; girls’ free relay, first place; boys’ free relay, first place)
